How To Consign

***UPDATED Oct 2017***  We accept appointments by phone Monday through Friday for up to 25 items with a maximum of 50 items consigned per season – excluding jewelry (please see seasonal guideline below).  For current clients up to 5 items can be dropped off once a week, Monday through Friday without an appointment.  Please bring items in with your name and consignor ID (if possible) in case we are not able to reviews items at that time.  This can be done 2 times per season only!  This restriction is to help ensure we are able to accommodate our growing number of clients.

Bella will display your items for a 10 week period and after 6 weeks items will be reduced by 20% unless otherwise discussed.  Clients will receive 40% of selling price for items priced under $100, 50% for items priced over $100 and 60% for items priced over $200 once the item(s) sell.

**For luxury handbags, jewelry and sunglasses, Bella often will pay cash for these items upfront.


Please see our page titled “Labels We Love” for labels we accept and specific ones we do not.  We accept seasonal women’s fashions and accessories purchased within the last 3 years. 

Our intake schedule is as follows 

SPRING: Jan – March, SUMMER: April – June, FALL: July – September, WINTER: October – December


Clothing must be freshly laundered, pressed and brought in on hangers and ready for display (clothing presented in garbage bags will be automatically returned to you)

Please review your clothing carefully prior to bringing in your items to consign ensuring there are no stains, holes, pills or odours of any kind.

Purses must be cleaned out with lining free of stains/marks/dust.

Shoes must be cleaned and free of toe marks and scuff’s.
