Consignment Process for Bella Home!
Home décor items will be accepted by drop-off on Tuesdays & Thursdays 10am-4pm (if evening or weekend times are more convenient please call and we will be happy to accommodate you)
Items will be reviewed, priced & displayed within 24-48 hrs after drop-off, at which time you will be notified via e-mail of any returns (items not retrieved in time allotted will be donated). Your account can be monitored through our website once an account has been established.
As we are limited for space, please call ahead for larger items – we encourage you to send a photo via email for us to preview larger furniture items before bringing them into the store.
Items will be displayed for a period of 12 weeks, after the 4th week, your items will be marked down by 20% and after 8 weeks by 50%.
Clients receive the following percentage based on the selling price:
Under $100 – 40% , over $100 – 50%, and over $200 – 60%.
We accept the following pieces that are styled for today’s market: artwork & mirrors, lighting (lamps/chandeliers/sconces), small & large furniture, decorative pillows & blankets, duvet covers, shams & quilts, vases, trays, candle holders, decorative bowls, dish/cutlery & stemware sets (unique, good name or modern only!), table runners, placemats/napkin sets, area rugs.
*All items must be clean & odor free!
